The Mill Studio, at 17 Gustin Square, Colton is located in the lower level of a historic carding mill, on Lower Higley Flow.

It is divided into upper and lower areas and is appointed with authentic beams, stonework and beautiful river views. The kitchen area has a sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishes. The main sleeping area has a queen sleigh bed and antique light fixtures.

The upper level has a full size bed as well as a lounge and living area. Comfortable furniture makes it easy to enjoy the view while eating or resting. The bathroom is one of the most unique and finest features of the property. Constructed around an original mill foundation, the shower unit is extremely large - it must be seen and experienced to be appreciated. The environment is one of peace and calm. An intimate getaway was the theme for its design. The Mill Studio is in a perfect location for hiking - Stone Valley is steps away and Lower Higley is accessible from the property - perfect for kayaking and canoeing. It is centrally located for access to the Adirondacks, Raquette River and many other North Country destinations. Our rate range is $100-$175. Corporate and weekly rates are available.
