Cancellation Policy

Due to our intimate size, we are affected by any cancellations. Therefore, we uphold the following cancellation policy.

A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space due to our location. If a reservation is canceled within 14 days prior to arrival, a fee of one night's room rate will be charged, thus forfeiting your deposit. If we are able to fill the unit we will be glad to refund your deposit less a 10% processing fee. In addition, guests who depart prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to a fee equal to one night's room rate.

We understand that their can be emergencies and events that come up unexpected for those instances we will allow you to apply your entire deposit towards a future stay within the next year. There will be no refunds on any University graduation, Parents or Family weekends unless we are able to fill the units for the full stay.
