Cancellation Policy

Full refund if received 10 days prior to check in date, otherwise a charge equivalent to 50% of the total anticipated billing will be charged.

Exceptions:

Scheduled local sporting or university events, holidays, college graduations and parents' weekends - 30 days prior notice to check in.

Smoking permitted outside only
No pets (no exceptions)
Check in - 3 p.m.
Check out - 11 a.m.
One nights deposit or credit card will confirm reservation
Payment: cash, credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Traveler's checks
